The above messages has mixture of hoax and facts!!!!!!!!

What is fact?

The email ID (cop@vsnl.net) provided in the messages is an official ID of  Commissioner Office of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. 

Th Chennai polices have also solved some cases of mobile phones theft (received complaints through cop@vsnl.net) using the IMEI no.
